Return Policy of CREST SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS Pty Ltd

CREST SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD wants to ensure that youare completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return policy for items that are unused and unopened or unregistered. Certain itemsare not returnable - please check the product page for information on whether your item is returnable. Once a product is registered they are non returnable. If an item arrived damaged to you, CREST SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD will work with you to get any replacement parts that you need free of charge.

Return Requests

If your item can be returned, email sales@crestsoftware.com.au  to geta Return Number assigned to your return. CREST SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD will not accept any returns without a Return Number clearly marked on thereturn label. You can also contact our friendly Customer Care Representativesto request a Return Number.

Return Processing Time

Allow up to 7 business days for CREST SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD’s warehouse to receive, process and inspect the returned item(s). Any items received that do not have a Return Number clearly listed on the return label will be sent back to the recipient at the recipients cost. Any items received that do not meet the return qualifications will be sent back to the recipient at the recipients cost.

Credits and Refunds

All returns made by a gift recipient will be issued a storecredit for the purchase price of the item only. All returns made by the Billing Party will be issued a refund back to the payment method used to place the order for the purchase price of the item only. Any and all shippingcosts/charges, shipping surcharges, gift wrapping fees and/or any restocking fees are Non-Refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

CREST SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD works hard to ship outyour order as quickly as possible. For this reason once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. Our Customer Care Representatives will try their best to assist you in trying to cancel your order, please email sales@crestsoftware.com.au If we are unable to prevent the shipment from being cancelled, please see our return policy for information on returning your product. Cancellation of an item(s) may change or void discounts or promotions currently appearing on your order.
